Our mission is working for a safer outdoor world. These principles drive every decision we make
· To promote safe, secure and sustainable outdoor living and working environments for people by safety equipment and products of safety engineering
· To advocate the importance of using safety outdoor equipment in outdoor activities to prevent injuries and fatalities
· To support outdoor safety science through international conference and expo
· To concentrate our efforts and resources on public outdoor safety in those areas where we can make valuable contributions
· To encourage and support the development of innovative safety equipment that addresses emerging needs and challenges in outdoor activities
· To work in partnership with manufacturers, retailers, regulatory bodies, and outdoor organizations to enhance overall safety in outdoor environments
